Shipping

- All orders ship within 1-5 business days, Monday-Friday (some orders may be able to go out Saturday morning as well!).

- Free shipping on orders over $49, most orders will be shipped via USPS while some heavier packages may be shipped UPS.

- Standard Shipping for orders under $59 is $4.99

- ** FOR HEAVY ITEMS like select wooden toys will not apply for free shipping, Standard Shipping for heavy items is $8.99

- International shipping available in some areas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any custom fees. 

- Please make sure your address is correct at checkout! We cannot change or reship packages with an error on the address.

- PLEASE NOTE we are a small store rather than an online warehouse, some items might be pulled from the floor and not in its original plastic bag. We are an eco friendly store and love to reuse packaging whenever we can!

Returns

- If an item is found to be defective, please contact us with the order number and photo of what is wrong. We will contact the manufacturer right away to help get you taken care of!

- Please contact us before making any returns at sterlingandmeshop@gmail.com

- If you change your mind, many items can be returned for a store credit within 14 days that are new and unused in original packaging. All shipping will be deducted from refund including original shipping and cost of the return label to ship back. 

- We cannot accept returns for diapers or personal hygiene products. 

- All Ju-Ju-Be items are final sale and cannot be returned. If there is a warranty issue, please contact us and we will contact Ju-Ju-Be for you to get your item taken care of!

- All clearance and sale items are final sale. This includes all Quincy Mae clothing once marked down.

- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
