The Newborn Bamboo All-in-One Cloth Diaper by Piper Diapers is made with a super soft yet absorbent bamboo interior with a waterproof outer PUL. The bamboo soaker pad is sewn in the back and snapped down in the front for easy diaper changes and quick drying. The gentle leg casings prevent leaks without leaving red marks.
The inner absorbency is made with 6 layers total of snuggly soft 100% bamboo viscose (1 layer lined in the back with a 5 layer soaker pad attached). Absorbent and trim!
All-In-One Cloth Diapers have everything you need sewn in. The most like a disposable diaper except you wash and reuse! There are no folding or pockets to stuff, simply put the diaper on your baby and change the entire diaper when wet or soiled. A super easy option for those newborn days!
Why buy newborn diapers when you could buy a One-Size diaper?
One-Size diapers can be great to use over a long time and save money, but it is very hard to make a diaper that fits a toddler and also a brand new 8lb baby. You can definitely make it work, but it will end up being bulky or will need to use "newborn tricks" to fit better. Newborn diapers are made especially for those first few months to fit their little legs and bottom without all the added absorbency that an older baby would need. If you'd prefer a diaper that fits more true to size when they're little, and still be able to fit small clothes over, a newborn diaper is a good solution. That way you can use them the first 3 months or so, and then switch to a OS diaper once they're a bit bigger. This can still be a cost saving solution from disposables, as newborns go through more diapers per day than an older baby.
Fits approx 5-13 lbs (usually birth to 3 months, sometimes more or less depending on the size of your baby). How long your baby will fit in the newborn diapers will depend on their size.
Featuring a snap in front for the umbilical stump. Snap down while the umbilical stump is healing.
Two snap options on the sides to fit baby's size - use the lower snaps for smaller size, and the upper snaps for larger size.
Wash your new diapers 3 times before first use for the best results, natural fibers gain more absorbency with each wash.
Care Instructions:
- Spray soiled diapers into toilet (breastfed babies can skip this step!)
- Cold rinse or quick wash (no detergent)
- Warm or hot wash (with detergent), extra rinse
- Tumble low or line dry
No bleach, fabric softeners, or dryer sheets. Consider fragrance free detergent for baby's delicate skin.
