Warming  cushions are an old natural household remedy for all occasions where warmth/cold does good. The cushion keeps the warmth extremely well and adapts the body form. Thus the warmth helps exactly where it is needed.

The ticking is removable, ONLY the ticking should be heated! For heating put the ticking only in the microwave or the oven.
